Tibetan bowls are an ancient tool that helps harmonize body and mind. Through sound and vibration, they promote energetic rebalancing and the restoration of inner harmony.
This method is based on the idea or study that every part of the body, every group of cells, has its own natural frequency. When we experience stress, trauma, or exhaustion, this frequency can change. The sound of the bowls penetrates deeply into the tissues, acting not only on hearing but also at the cellular and vibrational level. It helps the body regain its natural resonance and activates self-healing processes.
During the individual session, the person is in a state of complete relaxation. The bowls are placed on the body and, through gentle movements, are made to vibrate. The sound reveals areas where there is no resonance — these are often zones of tension or energy blocks. The session begins with a diagnosis through sound, then continues with a corrective “tuning”. Bowls of different sizes are used: large ones for work on the body, and small ones for more subtle energetic rebalancing.
“Just as a piano cannot play in harmony if a key is out of tune, so the body cannot be in balance if it does not vibrate at its natural frequency.” — Tatsiana Harelava
The sound of the bowls does not “heal” in the classic sense — it helps the body remember how to return to balance. Sessions can be done individually or integrated with other body practices.
