Bodywork is a body-based approach grounded in an integrated understanding of the human being.
Unlike classic massage, it does not simply ease surface tension — it works with the deeper causes of discomfort, reorganising body structure and restoring a sense of stability and presence.
Bodywork views the body as an interconnected system in which muscles, fascia, bones, breath, emotions, and psycho-emotional states are intimately bound together.
It is particularly well-suited to situations where discomfort feels "unexplained", where conventional approaches have not produced lasting results, or where one is seeking genuine change — not just momentary relief.
Structural Integration – The Rolf Method
Deep work with body alignment in gravity. Supports the rebalancing of recurring tension and improves breathing, mobility, and the perception of equilibrium.
Craniosacral
A gentle approach that works with the rhythms of the nervous system. Well-suited to those experiencing agitation, sleep difficulties, or emotional overload.
Work with fascia, bones, and scar tissue
Restores mobility in the tissues, releases deep blockages and restrictions arising from physically intense experiences, surgery, or recurring tension.
Each session begins with attentive observation and conversation.
Rather than simply addressing a point of discomfort, the aim is to identify and work with the true causes of the difficulty — observing the body as a whole: how loads are distributed, how breathing moves, how the feet, pelvis, and spine are perceived.
In bodywork, the entire system is addressed, even when tension appears localised. This approach makes it possible to identify and work with the underlying causes of discomfort.
Recurring tension and muscular stiffness with no apparent cause
Postural asymmetries, loss of stability
Agitation, emotional blockages, sleep difficulties
Support following physically intense experiences, surgery, or the presence of scar tissue
Psychosomatic manifestations, a sense of "disconnection" from the body
Situations where other approaches have not produced the hoped-for results
Many clients report a significant reduction in tension and discomfort
Improved posture and greater fluidity of movement
Greater stability and a renewed sense of being "at home" in the body
Increased vitality and a sense of calm
Emotional release and inner clarity
Bodywork does not work on the body alone: it supports you in rediscovering your connection with yourself, returning to contact with what you truly feel, and making important decisions from a place of inner equilibrium.
