Tibetan singing bowls are an ancient instrument that supports the rediscovery of calm and inner harmony. Through sound and vibration, they encourage a sense of rebalancing and presence.
The session uses sound and vibration as an experience of relaxation and body awareness. It is not a diagnostic or medical practice.
Sound and vibration are perceived through hearing and contact with the body. This experience may support a sense of relaxation and inner balance.
During an individual session, the person rests in a state of complete relaxation. The bowls are placed on the body and gently played using soft, deliberate movements.
The session is adapted to the person's sensations, preferences and level of comfort. Bowls of different sizes are used: larger ones for work on the body, smaller ones for a more subtle sense of rebalancing.
"Just as a piano cannot play in harmony if one key is out of tune, the body cannot find balance when it is no longer vibrating on its natural frequency." — Tatsiana Harelava
It may be chosen by those going through periods of stress, fatigue, or simply wishing to find a space of stillness and relaxation:
During periods of physical or emotional fatigue
When experiencing sleep difficulties or a sense of agitation
In moments of low energy or difficulty concentrating
To relax body and mind
As a gentle complement to other bodywork practices
Some people report relaxation, greater calm and a pleasant sense of well-being. Experiences are individual:
Deep relaxation without effort
A sense of clarity and inner stillness
Greater calm and general sense of well-being
A pleasant feeling of lightness
The sound of the bowls does not replace any medical care — it accompanies the body toward a space of listening and quiet. Sessions may be experienced individually or integrated with other bodywork practices.
📍 Sessions take place in Bolzano.
