Your shoulders will not quite let go, your back feels stiff and everyday movements have lost their ease. At times like these, you want more than a rest: you want moving to feel comfortable again.
In my practice, I pay particular attention to the fascia – the connective tissue that surrounds and links the muscles and other structures of the body. I combine slow hands-on techniques with small movements, adjusting the depth and pace to how it feels for you.
We do not limit ourselves to a single tense area. I look at how you stand, how you move and how you distribute your weight. The aim is less of a feeling of stiffness, freer movement and a better sense of support.
I’m Tatsiana Harelava, an EGSI-certified Structural Integration practitioner. I see clients at Piazza delle Erbe 37, in central Bolzano. This one-to-one way of working with the body is what I call bodywork.
Session: 60–90 minutes.
Relaxation is an important reason to come for bodywork, but not the only one. Perhaps you would like to move more easily, feel steadier on your feet, or become better at noticing when and how you tense up.
During a session, we pay attention not only to what you feel on the table, but also to familiar actions: how you shift your weight from one leg to the other, turn your head, sit or breathe.
What matters to me is not giving your body the “correct” shape, but helping you find more comfortable ways of moving and of feeling at home in it.
Fascia is the connective tissue that surrounds and links the muscles and other structures of the body. Muscles do not exist apart from this tissue, which is why I pay attention to both.
“Fascial work” does not mean that force determines the result. Precision, a gradual pace and your feedback matter far more to me.
This format may suit you if you would like to:
At the first appointment, we talk about what matters to you in particular. This helps us decide what to spend more time on and which techniques to use.
Each session depends on your wishes, how you are feeling and your individual characteristics.
I draw on elements of Structural Integration and, where appropriate and with your agreement, the gentler contact of the craniosacral approach.
At my studio, bodywork differs from a Structural Integration series in its format. Here, the content of each appointment is chosen individually. Structural Integration is a progressive process, traditionally made up of ten connected sessions.
We start by talking: how you are feeling, what you would like to change, and which activities and procedures I should take into account. If it is helpful, I ask you to stand up or make a few simple movements.
Most of the session takes place on the table. I work gradually, sometimes inviting you to turn slightly, move an arm or notice your breathing.
You do not have to be doing something all the time. But what you feel helps me choose the pace and intensity.
A simple idea sums up my approach:
I do not work “on your body”, but together with you.
If the touch feels unpleasant, you can tell me straight away. You do not need to put up with pain for the sake of a result.
What matters is not only how you feel straight after a session, but also what you notice in everyday life:
These are points for discussion, not a mandatory list of results. Sensations and changes are individual.
You can start with a single session. If you would like to continue, we will discuss how often to meet – there is no set course for bodywork.
Bodywork in my practice does not replace medical diagnosis, treatment or physiotherapy. If pain is severe, persistent, followed an injury or has no clear cause, please see a doctor first.
Please tell me in advance about pregnancy, diagnosed conditions, recent surgery and ongoing treatment. In some cases, you will need to check with your doctor. If you have a fever or an infection, the appointment should be postponed.
A session lasts 60–90 minutes. I see clients by appointment at my studio at Piazza delle Erbe 37, Bolzano.
Message me on WhatsApp to ask about prices, choose a time and tell me briefly what brings you. You do not need to know the names of any techniques beforehand.
